Born and raised in Berlin, Andy moved to London as a teenager and trained as an engineer before deciding to pursue a modelling career after landing his first job representing Nike.

Since growing his personal fitness brand, Andy has worked with global companies including Adidas, Reebok and New Balance. A qualified Level 1 trainer in Muay Thai, Andy assisted with group classes at IMPAKT and has led numerous outdoor group classes with AAA. Additionally, he has completed over 100 hours of spinning and an intensive training program as a spin instructor.

In 2016, he suffered a severe back injury at work. Losing 10kg in body mass and his basic abilities to move and work for 5 months, Andy had to undergo a rehabilitation process to regain his mobility, training his mental and physical state back to normal. He practiced extensively the fundamentals of proper form and techniques to maximising the effects of exercises.

Andy focuses in strength conditioning, fat loss and muscle gain. His positivity, energetic drive and limitless motivation will empower you to be the best version of yourself.

He believes that training is not just about getting results, but enjoying the journey to live a healthier, balanced lifestyle.
